To order by mail, just print the following form, fill it out and send it to us along with the photo and payment.

2. Order through our web site. Pay by credit card through our secure server and upload your image file.

2. The time we work on the piece until it is ready	2 weeks

3. The time it takes to deliver to you
You selected and paid for UPS Ground	Check the map
You selected and paid for UPS 2nd day air	Within 2 working days
You selected and paid for UPS Next day air	Next working day
